1. Question: Where have these machines been stationed in the UK?
   
   Answer: We currently have hundreds across the UK & Ireland in Pubs, Arena‟s, Airports, Cafes, Hotels, Shopping centres, etc!. Call us to see if your area is available.
   
   
2. Question: You state: "Full training & on-going support" - How long is the training & support offered for?
   
   Answer: For as long as is needed. We wish you to purchase more machines in the future, so it is our interest to help you all the way to achieve this. Having said that, this business is very straight forward and most people tend not to need us after a few weeks, but we are always there for our operators.
   
   
3. Question: If the vending machine stopped working through a fault problem or did get vandalised, how long does it take to send an engineer out and/or replace with a new machine?
   
   Answer: We can send out a new machine almost immediately. Our engineer can fix most problems over the phone with you, if not, the call out can be a few days, depending how busy we are. We recommend all operators carry a spare machine to avoid any interruption, having said that, these machines are very reliable and almost never go wrong, unless vandalised. Again, this almost never happens, but you"ll have insurance for this just in case.
   
   
4. Question: How does the advertiser supply an advert to place on the machine?
   
   Answer: Adverts are supplied via email. Most companies will already have an advert ready to go in jpeg format. You simply download this to a USB stick and upload it to the machine, very easy, full training given. It‟s just like using your home DVD player.
   
   
5. Question: How long from the initial set-up does it take to find advertisers and the locations?
   
   Answer: Subject to the size of your order, on average around 4 to 6 weeks, mainly to secure good venues for your machines and not to rush into the first one's that come along. Please note that the advertisers we acquire have agreed to a 1 month free trial of their advert. After 1 month you should contact them to see if they wish to continue on a paid for basis.
   
   
6. Question: You mentioned: "Ongoing commission payments of up to £1,000 from advertising our other business on your machines" - How many businesses and how long is each advert time?
   
   Answer: We currently run 16 opportunities, if you allow us to place these on your machines (optional) we will pay you up to £1,000.00 in commission for any sold from your machines. Our main office number will be placed on the machines, so they would call you direct, you‟ll then be able to keep track of our enquiries. Then you pass on the enquiry to us, we do everything else and if they sign up, we pay you. Easy money for doing nothing. You can set your adverts to run from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.
   
   
7. Question: Can you order just one vending machine?
   
   Answer: No, 2 is the minimum order. This business works on numbers. Ideally, you‟ll need to purchase 5 + machines. This will give you the best possible returns from the beginning. Especially with the advertising side, as feedback suggests, advertisers like more machines, to get value for money and also makes selling the ad space much easier. So, 2 is the minimum we recommend.
